How to Measure

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape horizontal and snug.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips while standing naturally.

Choosing Your FINIS Size

FINIS jammers have an adjustable inner drawstring and should fit close to the body. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for training comfort.
