How to Measure

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline with the tape snug against the skin.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest under the arms.

Choosing Your Dolfin Size

Jammers should fit close to the body. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for training and the smaller size for competition.
