•        We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately. Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen calibration or photography.

•        All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

•        Aqua Style reserves the right to modify products, prices, descriptions, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept upon dispatch confirmation.

Aqua Style reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders suspected of:

•        Fraud or unauthorized payment

•        Unauthorized resale or commercial use of consumer pricing

•        Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

•        Pricing, stock, or system errors

 

If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

These Terms & Conditions, and all transactions conducted through this website, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
