Refund policy

At Aqua Style, your satisfaction matters to us. We have built a clear, fair return process in line with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the trust our customers place in us.

Domestic returns (within Saudi Arabia)

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, customers may return eligible items within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

        The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

        All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

        Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

        Swimwear once opened or seal removed

        Swim caps removed from sealed packaging

        Goggles where the protective seal has been broken or the lens surface touched

        Earplugs, nose clips, and other personal-fit accessories

        Items marked “final sale” or purchased during clearance promotions

International orders

International orders are non-returnable, with one exception: verified manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and a written description. Once our quality team verifies the defect, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Customs duties and import taxes (international)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s sole responsibility and are not included in the order total displayed at checkout.

Aqua Style is not responsible for:

        Customs delays in the destination country

        Refusal of delivery by customs authorities

        Charges imposed by foreign tax authorities

        Delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses

How to initiate a return

1.      Email info@aquastyleksa.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.      Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an authorization number.

3.      Ship the item using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4.      Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
