We are committed to getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Saudi public holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic shipping — Saudi Arabia

•        Major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina): 1–3 business days

•        Other regions: 3–5 business days

•        Shipping is handled by licensed Saudi carriers, including SMSA, Aramex, and SPL.

•        Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping thresholds, where offered, are displayed on our cart page.

GCC shipping

•        Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days

•        Available to UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar through regional logistics partners.

International shipping

•        Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days depending on destination.

•        All international shipments are subject to customs clearance, which may extend delivery times beyond our control.

•        The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related charges levied by the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s portal.

Important notes

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, peak seasons, public holidays, or other factors beyond Aqua Style’s control.

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed customs, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
