Arena junior racing suits use a dedicated sizing system and are designed for a significantly more compressive fit than regular training swimwear. Use all body measurements below when selecting a racing suit.

How to Measure

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal and comfortably close to the body.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of the natural waistline without pulling the tape too tight.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

Torso Loop: Start at the highest point of the shoulder, run the measuring tape down the front of the body, through the legs and back up to the same starting point on the shoulder.

Race Suit Fit

Arena girls' racing suits are engineered for a close and highly compressive competition fit. A racing suit should feel considerably tighter than regular training swimwear.

For the most accurate size selection, compare chest, waist, hips and torso loop measurements. Do not select a racing suit based only on the swimmer's age or regular training swimsuit size.

The torso loop is particularly important when choosing a girls' racing suit because the suit must fit correctly through the entire body length as well as the chest, waist and hips.
